Track, profile and categorized climbs at a glance. The map and altimetry come from the real GPX track; tap a numbered climb for its detail.

Official profile

Official distance and elevation with a mixed profile. We estimate your times from those numbers.

Estimate by level

Without a GPX we still estimate your time from the official distance, elevation and terrain profile. We will refine it once the track is processed.

Map, point-to-point profile and categorized climbs will appear here once we process the GPX track for this route.

What do I need to know?

Ridium's training read and the caveats before you trust the times.

Training read · Ridium AIThe 7-day Ultramarathon is a UCI XCM mountain bike stage race covering 536 km and 7,630 m of climbing across seven consecutive days from Joao Pessoa, Paraiba. Success depends on durable multi-day endurance, repeatable climbing, and disciplined daily recovery rather than single-day peak power.

  • Endurance

Build toward the seven-stage, 536 km load with a long 24-week base phase and progressive back-to-back long rides so your body adapts to riding hard on consecutive days.

  • Recovery

Rehearse the between-stage routine - refuel, hydrate, sleep and spin easy - during multi-day training blocks so daily recovery becomes a trained skill, not an afterthought.

  • Climbing

With 7,630 m of total climbing and individual days near 2,000 m, train sustained and repeated climbs, including efforts on already-tired legs late in long rides.

  • Pacing

Because the race is timed over seven UCI XCM stages, open conservatively and keep climbing efforts repeatable; protecting your whole week matters more than winning any single stage.

  • Fueling

Practice high-volume carbohydrate fueling and consistent hydration on long rides so you can refill glycogen night after night across 536 km of racing.

  • Technical

Sharpen mountain bike handling on mixed terrain so braking, cornering and line choice stay reliable when fatigue accumulates over the stages.

  • Heat

Expect tropical heat in Paraiba in October; include heat-acclimation rides and a clear hydration and electrolyte plan in the final preparation weeks.

Caveats
  • No completed GPX analysis was available for this route at generation time, so tips rely on published event and route data.
  • Public roads on the course are not fully closed to traffic, so stay alert and follow event and traffic rules.
