"I train mornings", "my knee hates big gears", "A-race in June" — said once, remembered everywhere.
Better advice by default
Recommendations respect your schedule, equipment, and preferences without being asked.
Fully transparent
Every memory is listed in your account — see exactly what the coach knows.
Editable and deletable
Remove or correct any memory anytime; the coach adapts immediately.
Built automatically
Relevant facts are extracted from conversations — you don't maintain a profile by hand.
Step by step
The same steps you'll find in the help guide.
Chat normally — when you share something durable (a preference, constraint, or goal), the coach saves it as a memory.
Memories are categorized (training, schedule, goals, communication…) and typed (preference, fact, goal, instruction).
Every future conversation — including season planning and readiness — starts with your memories in context.
Review them at Account → Memories; delete or ask the coach to correct anything.
Confirmed objectives from the goals interview also become memories automatically.
