An activity is missing or incomplete
Where to look when a ride hasn't appeared or shows less data than it should.
Missing entirely: follow the chain
An activity reaches Ridium only after it reaches Intervals.icu.
Check the ride is on intervals.icu. Not there? The problem is upstream β your device/platform link to Intervals.icu.
There but not in Ridium? Webhooks normally deliver it in seconds; run a manual sync to force it.
Check the date: the activity sync window is the last 365 days. Older rides appear through season analysis ingestion, not the regular sync.
Present but incomplete
If the ride is named "Activity in Strava" with no power or zone detail, it's a Strava placeholder β see the Strava guide for why and how to get full data. If a device ride is missing streams (power, HR), check the file on intervals.icu first; Ridium mirrors what's there.
Zone times and analysis arriving late
Some detail (zone breakdowns, analyzed metrics) appears on Intervals.icu's schedule after upload. It flows to Ridium with the analysis webhook or the next sync β a just-finished ride filling in over a few minutes is normal.
Troubleshooting
I edited an activity on Intervals.icu but Ridium shows the old version.
Why it happens: The update webhook hasn't landed or was missed.
How to fix it: Run a manual sync β updates and deletions reconcile on sync.

Why a Strava activity looks incomplete
Strava rides reach Ridium as minimal placeholders through Intervals.icu β here's what's missing, why, and what the estimated load means.
My data isn't updating
A short diagnostic path for stale data: check the indicator, run a manual sync, read the error, reconnect if needed.
