Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Ridium data
Set up the MCP connector so external AI assistants can read your training data and propose calendar changes you confirm. Pro feature.
Set it up
Ridium exposes an MCP server that Pro accounts can connect to any MCP-capable assistant.
Go to Account → Integrations and copy your connector URL.
In claude.ai or ChatGPT, add a custom connector and paste the URL. For Claude Code, use the ready-made command shown on the same page.
Complete the sign-in: you'll land on a Ridium consent page to authorize the assistant. No API keys, no tokens to paste.
Ask the assistant something about your training to confirm it works.
What the assistant can do
Connected assistants get read access to your training picture — profile, fitness trends, activities, power curve, calendar, annual plan, plus the race simulator and event directory. They can also propose changes: creating or replacing workouts, and modifying your season plan. Proposals never touch your calendar by themselves — every change requires your explicit confirmation, and in hosts that support embedded cards, only the card's Confirm button can commit it. Completed workouts are never deleted by any proposal.
Limits worth knowing
Proposals expire after 24 hours if unconfirmed. A proposal can include at most 14 workouts. Reads are limited to 60 requests per minute and writes to 10 per minute — generous for conversation, relevant if you script against it.
Troubleshooting
The assistant says the connector returns a 403 or shows no tools.
Why it happens: The connector is Pro-only. A Free account — or a lapsed subscription — is rejected on every request.
How to fix it: Check your plan under Account → Billing. After upgrading, reconnect from the assistant's side.
A proposal I tried to confirm says the draft is stale.
Why it happens: Your calendar changed between the proposal and the confirmation — an affected workout was moved, completed, or deleted.
How to fix it: This is a safety stop, not an error to retry. Ask the assistant to propose again from the current calendar state.
