What the coach remembers — and how to control it
The coach keeps long-term memories from your conversations. See them, understand how they're created, and delete what you don't want kept.
What gets remembered
As you chat, the coach extracts durable facts worth keeping: goals, training preferences, schedule constraints, equipment, dietary notes. Memories persist across conversations — that's why you don't have to repeat that you can only train mornings, or that your A race is in June.
Review and delete
You have full visibility and the final say.
Go to Account → Memories.
Browse what's stored — each memory shows its category.
Delete anything wrong or unwanted. Deletion is immediate and the coach stops using it right away.
Correcting a memory
The fastest way to fix an outdated memory is to tell the coach directly — "my FTP test is now 260, forget the old number" — or delete the stale entry and mention the new fact in chat.
Frequently asked questions
Are memories used in the Claude/ChatGPT connector too?
