My data isn't updating

A short diagnostic path for stale data: check the indicator, run a manual sync, read the error, reconnect if needed.

The 3-minute diagnostic

01

Look at the sidebar sync indicator. "Fix credentials" → skip to reconnecting below.

02

Click "Sync now". If it succeeds, you're done — webhooks usually keep things current, and a manual sync catches up anything missed.

03

If it errors: wait one minute (there's a per-minute limit and syncs can already be running) and try once more.

04

Verify the data exists on intervals.icu itself — Ridium can only sync what's there.

05

Still stale after a clean sync? Contact support with the approximate time and what's missing.

Reconnecting

"Fix credentials" means Intervals.icu rejected our access and the token refresh failed — typically after revoking access there. Go to Account → Integrations, disconnect, and connect again. Your history in Ridium is untouched; the next sync fills any gap.

New data but still marked stale?

Syncs are sectioned (profile, wellness, calendar, activities…). If one section fails, the others still land — but the sync isn't marked fully successful, so the badge stays stale. That's why you can see fresh activities and a stale badge simultaneously. Re-running the sync usually clears it.

When it doesn't work

Troubleshooting

Sync says another sync is already in progress.

Why it happens: A sync (manual or automatic) is still running — they can take a little while on large accounts.

How to fix it: Wait for it to finish and check the result before starting another.

Everything syncs except one kind of data (e.g. wellness).

Why it happens: A single section failed while the rest succeeded.

How to fix it: Run the sync again. If the same section keeps failing, report it to support — that detail speeds diagnosis a lot.
