Your first conversation with the coach
Start chatting, understand how the free message quota works, and learn what the coach already knows about you.
Start from a suggestion or ask anything
Open the chat and pick one of the conversation starters, or type your own question. The coach already has your current fitness context β CTL, fatigue, recent rides, power curve β so you can ask "how am I doing?" or "what should I ride tomorrow?" without pasting any numbers.
Open the chat from the sidebar.
Pick a starter or write your own question.
When the coach proposes workouts, review the card and confirm only what you want on your calendar.
How the free quota works
On the Free plan you have a monthly allowance of coach messages β 30 by default. Only the messages you send count; the coach's replies are free. The counter resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC, not on the anniversary of your signup. New accounts also get a one-time welcome bonus of extra messages, which is consumed only after the monthly allowance runs out. Pro accounts have unlimited messages and never touch the bonus.
What happens when you run out
When both the monthly allowance and any bonus are used up, sending returns a limit-reached notice. You can wait for the monthly reset or upgrade to Pro from the pricing page. Nothing is lost β your conversations stay right where they were.
